How to Use
Shake the pen at a downwards angle. Begin application on clean brows. Create hair-like strokes using vertical flicking motions starting from the bottom of the brow. Apply harder pressure for thicker strokes and lighter pressure for thinner strokes. Let it dry and set in place.
Pro Tip: This product can also be used to create faux freckles.
